I'm Ashley Alleyne, founder of OTOVA and a former school psychologist. I help entrepreneurs who are brilliant at what they do, and still the best kept secret in their industry, finally get seen.
But I didn't set out to build this.
I started OTOVA in September 2022, while I was still working full-time as a school psychologist. Early mornings, late nights, and a business that lived in the margins of my day.
It started because I watched my friends. Almost all of them were entrepreneurs, and almost all of them were drowning in the day-to-day of running a business alone. The more they vented, the more I realized what they needed was the exact work I did every day as a psychologist: organizing, building systems, keeping a lot of moving pieces on track. So I turned that into a business. I started as the only person in it, then grew into a team of seven supporting more than a dozen entrepreneurs. Nine months in, I left my career in education for good.
Then came the turn that made OTOVA what it is now. I looked at my own data. I audited the three services clients asked for most, and the clients who got the best results. The pattern was impossible to miss. My best clients were the ones speaking to rooms full of their ideal clients. Speaking was their number one revenue channel, and almost nobody was treating it that way on purpose.
That's the day OTOVA became a brand visibility agency. Because speaking isn't a confidence thing or a vanity thing. For the right entrepreneur, it's the most powerful revenue channel she has. She just needs the system and team behind it.
The Voices That Deserve the Room
Different Room,
Same Mission
As a school psychologist, my job was to stand up for children. To make sure each one got a fair shot and the support they needed, and to make sure the adults in the room actually heard them. The child was never the problem. They had everything worth paying attention to. What they needed was someone making sure the room paid attention.
That's the same work I do now. The entrepreneur I work with already has the expertise, the results, the thing worth saying. What she's missing is someone making the right rooms pay attention.
Different room. Same mission.
The moment I knew there was no turning back was working with powerhouse women building real legacies while doing world-changing work, unapologetically. Women whose expertise could change an industry, sitting quietly while less qualified people took the stages that should have been theirs. I built OTOVA so that stops happening. The voices that deserve the room should be the ones in it.
Back when OTOVA was still a VA agency, I believed no one should have to build alone.
The entrepreneurs who actually scale are the ones who invest in a team they trust, so they can stay in the seat only they can fill. The visionary. The CEO.
That belief is why OTOVA exists, and it's why I built it as a team from day one instead of a solo act. You already delegate the things that aren't yours to carry. Your visibility is one more of them.
What I’ve Always Believed
I never wanted OTOVA to be a one-woman show, and I never wanted my clients to feel like they'd hired one more thing to manage.
So every client gets a dedicated team of two to three specialists from day one. Strategists, copywriters, and people who treat your mission like their own. You stay the visionary. We handle the visibility. You'll never wonder what's happening behind the scenes, because keeping you in the loop without adding to your plate is the entire point.
The way we hire came from a hard lesson. Early on, I made hiring mistakes that cost me good clients. I learned that the people on a client's team represent her, and I've been intentional about who I bring on ever since. Protecting your trust matters more to me than filling a seat quickly.

Who We Work With
We work with established entrepreneurs, coaches, and consultants who already have a business that works.
The offer converts. The results are real. Speaking is how they grow what they've built, not how they start.
Most of them are one visibility strategy away from getting paid for what they already know. That's the gap my team and I close.
