I'm Ashley Alleyne — founder and CEO of OTOVA, former school psychologist, and visibility strategist for experts who have something worth saying.

My mission is simple: help experts land stages that turn impact into income.

I built OTOVA while working full-time as a school psychologist — early mornings, late nights, and a vision I couldn't shake.

Within 9 months, I left my 9-5. Within a year, I had a team. The moment I knew there was no turning back? Working with powerhouse Black women who were building their own legacies while doing world-changing work, unapologetically.

I used to amplify children's voices in IEP meetings — making sure the people who needed to hear them actually listened. Now I do the same thing for experts. Different room. Same mission.

Today, OTOVA is a full-service brand visibility agency with strategists, copywriters, and a team that treats your mission like our own — because the work you do matters, and the right people need to hear about it.
